Are you often left frustrated at the tediously slow speed of your internet? Do you dream of being able to stream videos without that annoying ‘buffering’ symbol?
Superfast broadband may be closer than you think. Buckinghamshire County Council and Hertfordshire County Council and have teamed up to try and increase the amount of superfast broadband coverage in the two counties. We have already secured government funding to improve access in those areas which currently have either no broadband access or suffer very slow internet speeds. The funding won’t cover the whole county. However, if we are able to demonstrate to potential broadband providers that there is real demand from our residents, we will significantly increase our chances of superfast broadband coverage.
So if you’d like superfast broadband in your area, please register your interest.The registration is not a legal document, simply an expression of interest to demonstrate that there would be demand for the service if the infrastructure was in place.
